Two weeks ago I included an order of ground pork and I am so very happy with it. I had several packages that there wasn't really room for in freezer, so I cooked them with thoughts of maybe dehydrating it. Problem is, first bite, I was so nicely surprised. This pork's flavor is like mom's Sunday roast back on the farm, just missing the potatoes and gravy!

The flavor is phenomenal, the texture sublime, I may be switching over because this is amazing stuff! Being raised on the farm, I know what age and cuts are usually the ones made into ground, I expect it to be a little tough. I mix the fattier with the leaner when cooking and that makes it easier for me to eat, more tender. But this pork, wow!
