What is christopher walkens accent
Any idea why? I'm fascinated by someone having an "accent" that literally comes from nowhere. I would guess that his accent is probably a mixture of different influences - I think I detect traces of Long Island, although I'm not an expert on that.

He's also said that when he receives a script, he goes through his lines and removes all the punctuation. Then substitutes his own. He also comes from musical theater he started as a child , so he might be unconsciously adding a bit of lyricism to his speech.

His voice is so distinct, that when reading a passage in which he has spoken, one can almost hear Walken speaking the text.
